Top management team
- James Shen, Ph.D. received both his B.S. and
doctorate in Management from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
James has served as financial controller for Shanxi
Weizhi Group Co. Ltd (clothing manufacturer);
after which he became Chief Economist, CFO and
Manager of Investment & Development at Shanghai
Jiaoda Nanyang Co. Ltd (hi-tech). At Dah Chong
Hong (China) Co. Ltd (conglomerate), James held
the position of General Manager of Business Development.
He has substantial experience in the areas of
general management, M&A, corporate finance
and project management. Through his career, James
has developed a deep understanding of what is
required to do business in China; He has developed
strong contacts in both industry and government.
James serves as Chairman and President of Silong
Consulting.
- Marlin Zhang, Master of economics graduated
from the School of Management, Fudan University.
Marlin has served as industry analyst at Shenyin-Wanguo,
one of China's largest securities firms. After
which he became project manager at Shanghai Aijian
Co., Ltd. At Shanghai Jiaoda GoFly Group, he held
the positions of Investment Manager and Vice President
of Green Energy Co., General Manager of the R&D
Department, and Assistant President. Through his
career, he has accumulated substantial experience
and knowledge in investment analysis, project
evaluation, M&A, strategic planning, corporate
governance and internal control. Marlin serves
as Director and Senior Vice President of Silong
Consulting.
- Stanley Han, Ph.D. attended Peking University
in Beijing where he received a B.A. in International
Economics. Subsequently, he attained a doctorate
in Business Administration with a concentration
in Business Strategy from the University of Southern
California. Stanley has instructed courses in
business strategy and organizational behavior
at the University of Southern California and California
State University Sacramento. He has worked as
a strategic consultant for public, private, and
government organizations in China and the United
States. He has also conducted executive training
for Chinese government officials and business
executives. Stanley serves as Managing Director
of Silong Consulting.
- Edmond, Managing Director of Silong Consulting,
graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University
and gained Higher Diploma in Accountancy. He is
member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants
and also member of the Chartered Association of
Certified Accountants Stanley. Edmond attended
Young Manager Programme of INSEAD in 1992. He
has served as Audit Clerk, Accountant, Supervisor
and Assistant Manager of Peat Marwick Mitchell
(now KPMG), after which he became Assistant Manager
of Westpac Leasing Asia. Then he held position
of Group Chief Accountant in Bluebell (Asia) Ltd
and Administration Manager in Bluebell (HK) Ltd.
Edmond worked in sequence as Finance & Administration
Manager, General Manager and Director in Swire
Loxley Ltd. His last job was Managing Director
of DCH Healthcare Products Ltd, responsible for
the company¨s overall operation of the business
activities in Hong Kong & China. Through many
years experience of multi-national companies;
Edmond does well in strategic analysis, financial
management and firms¨ internal organizing.
